How long is your turn around time?
It depends on the design, quantity needed and number of other orders on our calendar. Please email us to determine timing for your order.
Can I change an element on the invitation I choose?
Yes. We have lots of fonts to choose from, different trims, paper qualities and colors, envelope colors and print colors. Let us know what you're looking for and we can create it for you!
Whats your minimum required for an order?
When we order or supplies in bulk, we receive a discout and we like passing that discount on to the consumer! So, we require 50ct + as a bulk order to keep the prices listed in our shop. If you need less, price per invite may go up slightly. Email us for quotes.
Do you have a shop that I can come see your invitations in person?
No. Blush and Ivy is a web based company. We know planning a wedding is a BUSY time, thats why we are happy to send samples directly to your home for you to review on your time. We can also email photos for review as well.
We are always participating in wedding shows, so if you leave near the Charlotte, NC area you may be able to come see us in person! Follow us on Instagram to get updates from us!!
How can I order samples?
Samples can be ordered directly from our shop. Just add the invite to your cart and check out!
How and when do I put down my deposit?
Deposits are to hold time on our calendar for the production and timely delivery of your invitations. Therefor we ask that deposits are put down anywhere from 3 months to a year before you need them. If its less than 3 months, you will most likely need to pay in full because it will be considered a RUSH order.
Deposits can be made securely through paypal on our website at the bottom of our SHOP page. OR select the invitation deposit listing in our ETSY shop and check out.

I need my invites as soon as possible, what do I need to do?
If you need your invites in 1-2 months or less, its usually considered a RUSH ORDER and will require an additional fee of $50 to accommodate, as long as our calendar allows. Please email us to confirm because it is a case by case basis.
Can you print all or some of my invites in a different language?
Yes. We have done this several times and enjoy the process. If you need us to translate, its an extra $40. If you can provide us with a word document in the language desired, line by line how you want it on the invite, we do not charge an extra fee.
Do you sell digital files of your invitations?
No. At this time we do not offer this service.
I Love my Invitations! How can I leave you a review?
We absolutely love to hear back from our customers! It really makes our day, and is really appreciated! Reviews can be left on The Knot, The Wedding Channel, Etsy or Wedding Wire. We also love to receive photos of our couples from their wedding! Or get creative and send us a photo of your invite at your wedding! We may feature it on our blog!
