Terms and Conditions
-We recommend ordering Invitations AT LEAST 4-6 months in advance. A $150 deposit will hold time on on calendar within this time frame. Larger orders of $500+ will require a deposit of half the total cost to get started.
-If you need your invites in 1-2 months or less, its usually considered a RUSH ORDER and will require an additional fee of $50 to accommodate, as long as our calendar allows. Please email us to confirm, because sometimes this isn't always the case. In most cases, FULL payment will be due before starting a rush order.
-Once we receive your information, we will send you an email proof of your final invitation layout and you will have up to 2 more times to make changes and give your final approval before production. It is the buyers responsibility to proof read and check for errors (we suggest having a close friend and or family member also proof read the invite).
-After Final approval, the balance of your order will be due and production will begin on your beautiful invitations!
BULK ORDER MISSPELLINGS/ INCORRECT WORDING
-Blush + Ivy is not responsible for misspellings in approved proofs, please triple check all spelling, grammar and capitalization. It is the buyers responsibility to proof read and check for errors (we suggest having a close friend and or family member also proof read the invite).
BULK ORDER FINAL PROOF APPROVALS
-A final proof will be emailed to you right before your order goes to print. Once the proof is approved, it is FINAL. Blush + Ivy is not responsible for any changes in over all design or information on invites that the buyer makes after final approval.
If changes need to be made after approval and printing, the customer is responsible for reprinting cost.
DELAY IN DELIVERY
-Things that may cause a delay in delivery:
Not paying the deposit in time or not paying your payment plan payments on time.
Making ANY changes in design, packaging, guest list, addressing, etc...
Reprinting cards if changes need made.
Adding on to an order.
Failure to respond when confirmation or information is needed.
Providing us with incomplete information needed for invitations.
Delay in proof approval, after maximum of 2 revisions.
Colors & Customization
-If you are looking for specific colors to use in your invitations, Contact us and let us know. We can email you customized color options and envelope colors for you to choose from.
CUSTOM INVITATION DESIGN
-If you are looking for something specific, we offer custom designed invitations. Send us your ideas or inspiration through email and we can easily design a layout for. We will then provide you with a quote for the number of invites you are looking for.
$99 in addition to total cost of invitations.
FLOWER SEED PAPER & SEED PAPER
-Please note, that our flower seed paper and flower petal paper is hand made and each wrap is unique in layout of flowers, amount of flowers and sometimes slightly in color. Flowers are very delicate and may fall off due to touch or handling which is a normal (and minimal) characteristic of the paper.
Instructions for planting the flower seed paper is available upon request.
Prices do not include stamps. Stamps can be added to your order for an additional cost. We do not charge an additional fee to apply the stamps to your invitations.
Please be sure to double check with your local post office before mailing out your invites to make sure you have the correct postage. We have noticed that standards vary across the country and you may be required to add extra postage for "thick" or "rigid" or square envelopes. We recommend that you do this even if you purchase postage through us. This can be done before hand by taking your purchased sample into your local post office.
Prices do not include addressing envelopes. Addressing envelopes can be added to your order at an additional cost using clear labels,digital printing or hand written calligraphy. Please note that if you decide to address your RSVP envelopes, you will need to take apart most invite packaging to do so.
labels and digital printing- we ask that you provide us with an excel file with your guests names and addresses in order for us to provide these services. It is the customer's responsibility to spell check and check for errors within this document.
SALES TAX FOR SOUTH CAROLINA RESIDENTS
A sales tax is included for South Carolina residents.
ADDING TO ORDERS
We are happy to add additional invites to your order if you find out that you need more after your initial order is placed. Please be aware that sometimes materials become back ordered or discontinued so we cannot guarantee all materials will be available to accommodate any add ons. We will do our best to substitute any materials in the case that this situation occurs.
All our invitations are MADE TO ORDER so please allow up to 3-8 weeks(depending on the design and our production calendar), after final approval for production and shipping.
Shipping cost varies per order, Please contact us for a shipping quote on your order.
BULK orders- USPS, with a signature needed at the time of delivery depending on order value.
Blush + Ivy is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery
has been made.

In a rush? too much on your plate? just pay the cost of postage and we will seal, stamp and mail your invites for you!

International shipping is available, but is required to have ample production and shipping time to get through customs. Blush + Ivy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or for late orders stuck in customs.

** Shipping invitations that contain certain materials/ingredients such as flowers seeds may not be able to be shipped into certain countries due to agriculture laws/customs. Please keep this in mind when mailing to your international guests. If you need clarification or have any questions on this, please contact us!
